Ever since leaving college in late 2006 I have been working in the Informational Technologies field, having a passion for learning and embracing new technology, thriving the challenge adapting to the ever changing face of IT.

I began my life in Computer management on the Service Desk, where I would become Second Line Support. After a few years of contractual work I began my life as a Network Administrator / Third Line resource before moving into the consultancy space early 2014.

These days I work in the Service Desk Management space, advising customers of best ITSM practices, tools and infrastructure.
